Flying private means avoiding the terminal. Sterling meets the aircraft at the FBO, staged planeside or curbside depending on the facility’s ramp access policy.
We coordinate with FBO staff directly, so the vehicle is positioned before wheels down and luggage moves from the aircraft to the trunk without a stop in between.
For departures, the same applies in reverse. The vehicle arrives at the passenger’s origin on your schedule, not the airline’s.
Flight crews have their own schedule, and it rarely matches the passengers’. Sterling handles crew transfers to hotels, between fields, and back to the aircraft, booked separately from the passenger movement when that’s what the trip requires.
When an aircraft repositions to another field, we coordinate the ground legs that go with it, including crew movements between airports and transfers timed to the new departure.
